  • We offer a fixed rate of $3.85 for all local standard deliveries. Please note that all our orders are shipped via either J&T Express or SingPost. Local standard delivery will arrive 3-5 business days after the order has been made, and lead time is 2-4 days. You may contact us at hello@houseofmon.com for any enquiries regarding your order and we will try our very best to get back to you within 24 hours.

    Additionally, we will not be held liable for any incorrect or incomplete addresses made by the recipient. If there are any incorrect or incomplete addresses, please email us within 24 hours after the order has been made so that we are able to make the amendments as soon as possible.

  • We offer international shipping for those not residing in Singapore. International shipping is done via SingPost (Singapore Post). International delivery rates and shipping duration varies depending on which country the parcel is shipped to, and whether your order is delayed by customs in your home country. Customers will be given a tracking number so you can see what stage your parcel is at and start to get excited! We dispatch your order quickly, so will always try to get it to you as fast as we can.

    Your parcel may be subjected to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries. Please note that House of Mon will not be liable for any delays and/or duty fees which may be applied via customs.     Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and United States of America.

    If your country isn’t listed above, don’t worry, we can still deliver to you. Simply contact us if you aren’t sure and we can check for you.

  • In the event that we have sent you an incorrect item(s) or there are missing items in your order, please contact us at hello@houseofmon.com with your order number and contact details and we will send you the correct item(s) free of charge. We will do our best to send you the incorrect/missing items as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately, as each piece is personalised, we do not accept returns of any item that has been monogrammed, unless it is incorrect or faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@houseofmon.com and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Once we have approved via email, you may return the faulty item to us via mail. All faulty items must be unused and in their original packaging. We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
