Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at the moment, but we do have a self-collection option for last-minute orders (subject to availability). Simply write in to us at hello@houseofmon.com or DM us on Instagram and we will make the arrangements for you.

You may simply fill the box provided on the product page labelled ‘initials’. You may enter up to 4 letters for your monogrammed item. For additional characters, there will be a $5 charge per character. We will contact you for payment for additional characters after you have placed your order. We offer a standardised font type of Serif with a size of 22pt for simplicity and to keep the leather minimalistic.

You also have a choice of Blind monogramming (no foil) or Foil monogramming (Gold, Silver or Rose Gold). As each leather is hand-pressed, every monogrammed item is one of its’ kind and may obtain slight variations.

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard or Amex, as well as ApplePay.

Simply write in to us at hello@houseofmon.com and we will make the amendments/refunds for you.

Unfortunately, as we fulfil orders as soon as we get them, we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been made. If you would like to amend your order however, you may email us at hello@houseofmon.com within 2 hours after the order has been made so that we can make the necessary changes to your order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
